Join us for a full-body workout in a Dragon Boat!

We will be learning the basics of Dragon Boat, progress through the structured training program, make new friends and most importantly have an amazing time! Dragonboat is the perfect sport for all fitness enthusiast, ex-rowers, people that love working out outdoor and for everyone looking for a new social team sport.

… What is Dragonboat?

Dragon Boat is a water sport with origins of more than 2000 years ago. The team of paddlers (22 or 12 depending on boat size) works together pulling water with paddles to move the boat forward towards the finish line.

… Do I have to be fit to join?

Being fit is not a strict requirement as beginners. Our newbies sessions are carefully designed to challenge all fitness levels. As/if you progress through the trainings we have specific programs to improve strenght and endurance.

… If I don’t know how to swim?

You’ll be safe! We are all wearing life vests (PFD) and the training is assisted by experienced and professional coaches that will make sure all participants are safe on the boat as a priority. Being able to swim is not a strict requirement.

  • Attire: any work out attire + rubber slippers
  • Bring: drinking water + sun protection
  • Max Capacity: 50 people
  • Paddles and life vests provided. Bags will be locked, but limit your valuables. Showers are near the area.
